Events in our Dryden Theatre are general admission seating. If you require special accommodations for events that take place in the Dryden Theatre, we can reserve seats for you. Please inform the box office when purchasing your tickets if special accommodations are needed.
Inclement Weather
Following industry standards, show cancellations occur only under the most extreme circumstances. Since events are planned many months in advance, a performance is not cancelled if the schedule performers are able to provide the show. Even if the local weather is unfavorable, the show will be presented if the performers are ready to go on as scheduled. If a ticket holder elects not to attend, no refunds will be issued. If, for any reason, there is no show to present, the performance will likely be rescheduled. Ticket holders will be notified regarding options should this happen.
Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. We cannot issue refunds on tickets. In the event a show is postponed or cancelled, a refund/exchange will be made at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
